足湯cafe CASVAL

土湯温泉のオシャレなカフェさんです。 メイン通りからは、橋を渡った先にあります。18時ころ少し暗い時間に入店しました。 他の温泉街と同様に土湯温泉も、今の時期では夕方になるとお店が閉まっており、夜道が暗く少し怖いと感じることもありますが、こちらのお店は、メイン通りから分かるように照明灯で明るくしてくださってますので 安心して向かうことが出来ました 店主の心遣いに感謝です。 入ってみると、中は今風のカジュアルな内装です。そして名前の通り足湯に浸かりながら、ご飯を食べることが出来ます！至福。 そして、足湯の席で無くても、柔らかいクッションで、思わず寝そべってしまいたくなる程くつろげます。 実家に来たかと錯覚してしまいました。 お料理は、カレーが人気とのことでしたので私はカレーうどんを。奥さんはオムライスを注文。昔ながらな感じの和だしが美味しいカレーうどんでした 他にも、土湯温泉の名物マスコットを模したカレーなどもありますので、機会があれば注文したいです。 でも、恐らくこのお店の一番の名物？は 気さくな店主と思います。 この方とにかく土湯温泉のあれやこれを色々丁寧に教えてくださいますので、素敵な時間を過ごせるかも？ 土湯温泉に来たら1度は足を運んでみてはいかがでしょうか。

We didn’t eat lunch here because we planned to have lunch somewhere else, but this is a very cute cafe run by an elderly couple. It has an in-house foot bath where you can soak your feet while having coffee. I’d recommend the warabi mochi here, it is warm, delicious, and the best I’ve eaten! The cafe is also full of mangas and cute decorations. Definitely recommended if you’re here in Tsuchiyu Onsen Town!

I haven't actually been able to visit this restaurant, but it was featured in an English textbook and introduced in English. I learned that the owner heard about the situation after the Great East Japan Earthquake and decided to open a relaxing place here to revitalize the town where many stores have been closed. The video of the foot bath looked very comfortable, and the mascot character curry looked delicious. I'd like to visit it for real one day.

Cozy little cafe run by a welcoming and friendly couple. Auntie and uncle spoke so softly to us. They have foot bath inside the store too so you can soak your feet while having meals and drinks. I didn’t eat the savory foods but the momo juice is good and the kinako warabi mochi is warm and sweet and probably qualified to be one of the best mochi I have had in Japan. They also have a shelf with an impressive (Japanese) manga collection. Quite empty on a Saturday morning so I enjoy the serendipity this place can offer.

Lovely little place, run by a lovely couple! The Omurice is fantastic and the Udon noodles with tofu are brilliant. The noodles are on the menu with tofu and Meat but it was no problem at all to get it with tofu only. 10/10 recommend!

とても寛げオーナーのおもてなしの心を感じる最高のお店！出会えてラッキーでした。 土日のみ営業で19時30分と比較的遅くまでやっており、駐車場も近くにあり便利。駐車場はオーナーが案内してくれます。公共駐車場が遠いのでとても助かります。 足湯は湯温が熱い訳ではないけど、身体がぽっかぽかになり暑い位。源泉掛け流しだそうで、とても良い。2人ずつ2組まで入れます。その他に寛げるテーブル席が幾つか。 カレーうどんはスパイスが効いており、牛肉・油揚げ・玉ねぎなどがしっかり煮込んであってとても美味しい。家庭的な庶民の味かと思っていたら、プロ系でした。スフレパンケーキも美味しく頂きました。 土湯温泉に初めて訪れましたが、人通りがそれなりにあり雰囲気明るく観光客を受け入れる体制が出来ている温泉街との印象でしたが、震災時の原発事故で風下だったことから風評被害で客足が遠のき皆さん大変な日々を送ったそうです。そこから立ち上がって今がある、とオーナーから貴重なお話が伺えました。その他、土湯の大火とか歴史のお話も。 オーナーとのお喋りもお店の売りですね。また行きます！

土湯温泉街にあるおしゃれな足湯カフェ。 店内には漫画などがあり、足湯に入りながらゆっくりとした時間を過ごせます。 足湯に入れる席はカウンター席の4席のみ。 他には4名がけのテーブル席があり、店内はコンパクトな造りとなっています。 お湯はぬるめ。 カフェにはご飯やケーキなどもあるので、ついつい長居しちゃいますね。 足湯の上にテーブルもあるので、仕事や勉強をするのもいいかも。 また、足を拭く簡易タオルも20円で販売しています。 この辺りでは珍しく、クレジットカード払いなどキャッシュレスにも対応しているのが嬉しいですね。

Cafe operated by friendly and welcoming uncle and auntie. A few choices of curry, omelette rice, hashed rice or hotcake. Portion was a bit small but it is tasty. Had 2 kids with us and the owner were nice to allow the kids to use the foot bath and provide us with free towels. Food price is also reasonable. Most dishes are between 600-700¥ and 1,000¥ for set which includes a drink.
